Experience - 1 to 4 Years

Education - Science Graduate.

Preference - Experience in Pharma company would be given Preference.

Job location- Safdarjung Enclave, near Deer Park. Nearest Metro Green Park Yellow Line Metro.

Fluency in English is very much required.

 

Job roles:-

 

1. Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedure performing necessary duties.

2. Serves as source of information on the assigned duties and responsibilities.

3. Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and others using the spreadsheets or the required database.

4. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports as per the required work.

5. Should be able to communicate properly with the vendors and clients as per the required task.

6. Strong follow up skills and negotiation skills with a passion to excel in his/her work.

7. Maintain positive working relationships with department staffs and vendors and provide the reports to the seniors as and when required.

8. Basic Knowledge of the pharmaceuticals would be an advantage.

9. Good Email writing skill without no grammatical error is required.

 

Requirements

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required

2. Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and conflicting interests.

3. Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.

4. Bsc/Msc would be given Preference.

5. Prior work Experience in a Pharmaceuticals industry would be given an advantage.

6. Candidate should be staying around south Delhi.
