Key account manager : Business Development Executive : For Bangalore

location : Field work

Job Profile :

1         Understand the company’s key account management concept

2         To implement the account development concept and strategies with Banglore customers  key accounts.

3         Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

4         Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

5         Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

6         Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

7         Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

8         Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. To support marketing department in preparation of all the technical documentation for industrial products for all technical related parameters

9         To maintain all the manuals and technical information of the company at one location neatly and create a technical library of our products and related documentation, To build a strong weighing knowledge database.

10     To document all technical problems found in the field and write down the FAQ’s in a manner and circulate the monthly technical bulletin where in we list all problems faced somewhere in the field or in the production and how it was solved

11     To help the quality and production / vendor management teams to improve the product quality through field inputs and performance analysis of our problems in the field

12     To ensure that the Communication centre is provided with all the information needed for the purpose of data entry into the system and analysis of performances on calls received after 7.00 p.m.

13     To support customers and manage 100 % customer retention from service perspective in Industrial

14     Ability to work independently and self motivated will be key role for this position

15     Ability to win over all his colleagues, subordinates and superiors will be key for this position
