Job Description :
Please find the JD for Technical Support Associate role with Unisys client.
Title: Opening for Technical and Service support.
Work location: Bangalore.
Qualification Required: Any Graduation & Any PG.
Experience Required: 0.6 to 5 Years (handling calls) Only Technical Support Exp Considered.
Working Shift: Rotational shift (24*7 shift)
Cab facility: Provided by Company.
Working days: 5 days in a Week.
Process: Global Process.(Voice)
To ensure that potential issues to IT service components are analysed and investigated for their root cause and permanent work around and hence negating the chance of the problem reoccurrence. Managing the incidents effectively end to end in alignment with the ITSM processes and interfacing with Program Management Offices, Technical Resources and MSCs wherever applicable.
