Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ■業務内容： 生産技術開発職は、最先端半導体メモリの製造において、生産性向上、歩留まり向上、製造フローの最適化など重要な業務を担います。 生産技術開発職の仕事は多岐にわたるため、いずれかの部門・ポジションでのマッチングを行います。 ＜具体的な業務一例＞ ・プロセスエンジニア 化学反応や動作条件の最適化を行い、新しい装置や条件を生産に適用する。各要素技術のエキスパート。 ・製品技術エンジニア 製品プロセスの構築・改善を担当。不良・スペック外発生の原因分析、プロセス改善を行う。 ・装置エンジニア 生産装置の構造・動作理解を深め、装置の改良や生産性向上に寄与。 ・生産工学エンジニア データ解析を通じて生産性を高めるための改善提案や生産計画の立案を担当。 ・品質技術エンジニア 原材料管理、クリーンルーム環境、生産プロセス、検査システム、出荷テストなど品質保証に関する業務。 ■育成環境： 社内でも未経験のエンジニアが多く就業しています。育成環境は整っており、入社後は半導体の基礎を学ぶトレーニングや、メンターがフォローする体制を用意しています。英語についても外国人講師によるトレーニングなど充実したプログラムを実施しています。他にもプレゼンテーション資料等の作成フォローを担う英語ヘルプデスクも社内に設置されています。同世代の同僚と切磋琢磨しながら、成長することが出来る環境です。 ■就業環境について： グローバルな環境の中で、主体性を重んじるフラット社風が特徴です。有給取得もし易く、家族行事などでお休みを取られる方もいらっしゃるなど良い意味での外資系の風土がある一方で、歴史的背景から日系企業の文化も残っていることも大きな特徴です。 基本的に転勤はなく、配属地での長期の就業が可能です。工場のある東広島市は若年層を中心に人口が増加しており、商業施設・教育機関ともに充実しています。 ■応募資格： ・理系学部卒以上 ・分析力、問題解決力 ・英語力不問 ・半導体知識不問 About the Role As a member of the Production Engineering Development team, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing of cutting‑edge semiconductor memory products.
