In your role you will report directly to the Head of Accounting. Job responsibilities The missions will be as follows: · Manage the vendor creation process for all the vendors of the Region · Provide support to the AP accountants in managing vendor invoices · Provide support to the AR accountants in reconciling accounts and classifying documents · Clean the contracts database · Provide support to the team in the monthly / quarterly closing process · Provide support to the team in preparing the exception reports Profile University degree in finance /accounting and equivalent of relevant experience minimum 5-10 years in accounting department within an international environment

Some of main skills and strengths: · Fluent in English and French are mandatory, other languages are a plus · Advanced SAP and Excel skills · Experience in a dynamic international environment is required · Strong customers orientation (service minded) · Capable of handling multiple tasks, proactive and to work autonomously with some direction · Able to meet with tight deadlines and to cope with changes · An enquiring mind, supportive of continuous process improvement · Previous retail industry experience and/or audit (Big 5) experience are a plus. · Available as soon as possible.
