The Role At Kyndryl, we are looking for a senior AI Architect (AI Agentic) to lead the design of Generative and Agentic AI architectures that drive efficiency and transformation across delivery teams. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation, providing architectural coherence and strategic direction across multiple teams and accounts

You will act as a technical authority and trusted advisor, helping Kyndryl scale AI adoption in a responsible, sustainable, and impactful way. Key responsibilities Design and evolution of end-to-end AI and Agentic AI architectures that enable innovation at enterprise scale. Shape Kyndryl's strategy, translating objectives into coherent, high-impact architectures

Act as a technical authority, ensuring quality, scalability, and security are embedded into every solution. Guide multidisciplinary teams — from data scientists to engineers — toward architectural excellence and delivery of real business value. Bridge the gap between business strategy and technology, ensuring every initiative aligns with both innovation and operational goals

Foster a culture of technical rigor, creativity, and responsible AI, where emerging technologies are tested, adopted, and turned into value. Act as a technical reference and decision-maker, aligning stakeholders and guiding architectural choices.
