You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to bring cutting-edge AI capabilities to life, ensuring alignment with business objectives</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives, translating complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and technical feasibility.</p></li><li><p>Manage and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI products and features.</p></li><li><p>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and other technical experts to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable AI solutions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).</p></li><li><p>Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives as part of an Agile development team.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with P&G's data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Make data-driven decisions based on complex environments. </p></li><li><p>Develop and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Ba
