Key job responsibilities Training Delivery • Deliver standardized classroom, virtual, and hands-on training following established curriculum • Conduct comprehensive new hire onboarding covering yard safety, equipment operation, and Amazon policies • Provide continuous education programs including safety refreshers and operational updates Over-the-Road (OTR) Training • Deliver safe driving techniques and defensive driving principles • Ensure compliance with DOT requirements through proper vehicle inspections and documentation • Train associates on route planning, navigation, and emergency response protocols Safety and Operations • Execute yard safety observations and provide real-time coaching to Transportation Associates • Support yard operations during high-volume events through yard management and shuttling • Partner with site leadership to maintain safety standards and operational excellence Documentation and Compliance • Maintain accurate training records including attendance, completion, and safety observations • Track and report training metrics while providing feedback on program effectiveness • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, safety protocols, and DOT regulations A day in the life Your day might begin with a virtual training ses
