Job responsibilities Who are we looking for? At Benefit Cosmetics, we are looking for an eyebrow and beauty expert ! The Brow & Beauty Expert is responsible for presenting and selling products
They also perform eyebrow treatments, including tinting, waxing, and shaping. Above all, the Brow & Beauty Expert is responsible for creating an unforgettable and positive customer experience. Your main responsibilities will be to: Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement, performing brow treatments, and effectively presenting Benefit products, utilizing the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues. Participate in events at your counter, including new product launches. Communicate stock requirements (for treatments and sales)
Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times. Profile Your competencies and qualifications: You have proven experience in retail and/or customer contact (cosmetics experience preferred). You possess a strong passion for cosmetics and brow services, with a natural aptitude for sales
You thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate the ability to effectively multi-task. You are proactive and comfortable engaging customers to drive sales ("traffic stopping"). You are fluent in bo
