You will define system specifications, requirements, parameters, and compatibility to integrate hardware, software, and firmware into a cohesive system. By identifying, analyzing, and resolving system design weaknesses, combined with your multi-layered technical expertise, you will help shape the next generation of Lam initiatives. ## What you’ll do * Support evaluations of gas and liquid delivery systems, including mechanical design considerations, facilities installation, and new chemical evaluations

* Collaborate with third-party partners to develop best practices for process effluent management and gas abatement systems. * Assist in implementing effluent management solutions and tracking their performance in an applications lab environment. * Participate in emissions and environmental measurement Design of Experiments (DOE), including hands-on testing using analytical tools such as FTIR and QMS (training provided)

* Analyze collected test data to help understand underlying chemical reactions, process behavior, and overall environmental performance. * Develop and maintain Best Known Method (BKM) documentation and supporting materials for both internal teams and external customers. * Participate in hazard analyses and safety design reviews for semiconductor tools and processes

* Advise internal and external customers on flammability assessments and dilution requirements. * Work closely with engineering, facilities, environmental health and safety (EHS), suppliers, and customers as part of a multidisci
