The Role As a Client-Facing Technical Support Representative, you will foster strong client relationships, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience. Acting as a knowledgeable representative of CIO Technical Operations, you’ll demonstrate a deep understanding of its services across both the CIO and Kyndryl organizations
You’ll also coordinate seamlessly between on-site and remote technical teams to ensure smooth collaboration and integration across all support functions. Your natural enthusiasm, proactive mindset, and strong customer-facing skills will help build trust and rapport with stakeholders. You’ll lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and promote a culture of self-learning and continuous improvement
