The Director of Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations leads site-level home delivery and specialty pharmacy operations, providing full clinical, operational, and financial oversight of dispensing and warehouse functions. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Front-End Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and more to deliver a seamless, high-quality consumer experience

As Site Director and Pharmacist in Charge, you will ensure day-to-day operations meet all regulatory requirements, business objectives, and UHG/Optum cultural standards. This leader drives strategy, execution, continuous improvement, and team engagement while maintaining accountability for performance, compliance, and financial outcomes.
