Growing together. As an Epic Client Systems Administrator, you will Install, configure, maintain and deploy the Epic client. The Epic Client Systems Administrator is essential for ensuring Epic application and infrastructure changes are communicated to the necessary teams across the enterprise

You'll have the opportunity to maintain Epic production (PRD) and non-production (non-PRD) Hyperspace/Hyperdrive environments, in addition to MyChart and Web Services infrastructure. Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model. Primary Responsibilities: Successfully complete all required job training, including Epic certification, within first six months of employment and keep certifications up to date Install, configure, maintain and deploy the Epic client and other delivery infrastructure components on Microsoft Windows servers Maintain and support Epic ancillary services like Hyperspace and Interconnect and the related services Help manage the Change Control processes for all Epic environment build migrations and infrastructure upgrades Monitor Epic system performance as part of daily operational requirements Review Sherlock and Galaxy notes and apply routine upgrades to all Epic environ
