We ensure effective and consistent implementation through various communication channels and innovative training tools across all European markets. As the Europe Retail Education Manager – Beauty, you will be directly responsible for developing the expertise of Dior and multi-brand Beauty Consultants (BCs) in Beauty (Make-Up & Skincare) across Europe. Your leadership will help cultivate a network of passionate and engaged BCs, providing an unparalleled Direct-to-Consumer experience and stimulating loyalty to the Maison
