Reporting Structure Report to General Manager of FRED Japan Job responsibilities Main Responsibilities Personal & Executive Support for General Manager: Executive Partnership: Provide comprehensive Personal Assistant support, managing schedules, travel arrangements, and various professional/personal tasks with the utmost discretion. Urgent Request Management: Respond to high-priority and urgent tasks with composure and efficiency, ensuring the GM can focus on strategic priorities. Communication & Translation: Serve as a fluent English liaison

Coordinate with HQ and provide Japanese/English translation/interpretation for international visitors. Event Support: Support the execution of brand events, including the flexibility to work late hours when required to ensure a seamless guest experience.
