What to Expect: Join our team as an HR Manager for our Confectionery Factory, where you’ll play a key role in driving people and business success. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager and part of the site leadership team, you will lead HR operations in a unionized environment—delivering end-to-end HR support to both hourly and salaried employees and executing people strategies that directly impact performance and culture. A day in the life: Execute HR Strategy: Drive end-to-end people strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent, enabling delivery of the business plan and seamless rollout of global and local HR initiatives. Lead Labour Relations: Serve as the site expert on labour relations, ensuring compliant interpretation of collective agreements and effective management of grievances, arbitrations, and dispute resolution. Oversee Core HR Operations: Manage full-cycle HR processes (recruitment, payroll, benefits, scheduling), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with policies and legislation
