Operating, maintaining, and repairing building services systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, water, and sewage systems); Performing regular checks in accordance with technical specifications; Diagnosing faults and resolving them quickly and professionally; Carrying out preventive maintenance work; Preparing and updating documentation; Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. You are the perfect candidate if you: Have a technical or vocational qualification in civil engineering; Can interpret technical drawings and plans; Possess good problem-solving skills and accuracy; Are able to work independently as well as in a team; You are open to working in shifts. It’s an advantage if you have the following: Professional experience; A category B driving licence; Knowledge of English; A VBF qualification; A FAM qualification
