The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for layout improvement, process optimization, and the enhancement of people flow and logistics within our EV battery production facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering within the automotive battery manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient and effective production operations. Essential Functions Lead the production process improvement initiatives within the factory
