Set appropriate and effective team and individual goals; monitor, support and manage progress of these. Lead, inspire and coach team members to lead, develop and grow their business and people. Provide support and guidance to new joiners, ensure their onboarding path is fully completed so their integration into the company is positive

Communicate with passion and inspire the team on company messages and information during morning briefings, training, and one to one meeting. Client Experience Lead from the front, role modelling the way
