The role leverages analytical capability and manufacturing operations expertise, operating through collaboration and influence within a complex, global organization.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><h2>Responsibilities</h2><p></p><p>Manufacturing & Capacity Strategy Execution</p><ul><li><p>Support the development and execution of global manufacturing, capacity, and resiliency strategies aligned with long‑term business objectives and customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Translate manufacturing strategy into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and milestones across sites and functions.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with manufacturing sites, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify current‑ and future‑state capacity requirements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Business Case Development & Network Optimization</p><ul><li><p>Support development and evaluation strategic business cases for manufacturing network design, capacity expansion, and resiliency initiatives, including cost–benefit and risk trade‑off analyses.</p></li><li><p>Contribute make/buy assessments and manufacturing footprint decisions for new product introductions, vertical integration, and external supply opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Provide analytical input and data‑driven insights to support recommendations o
