Role reports to: DCL Marketing Director Location: Asia Pacific, Japan, Tokyo-To, Shibuya Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving product innovation and portfolio prioritization for the Dr.Ci:Labo® business

You will lead market analysis, budget oversight, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure brand integrity and business growth: Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of innovative and comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, align with business objectives, and drive measurable growth across diverse channels. Supervise category growth strategies closely working with each category leader with clear views on the portfolio sufficiency and collaborate with Product Development team on the Product + Commercial innovations. Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies
