Role Overview As the Program Manager, Workplace Experience & Real Estate (APAC), you will serve as a regional program resource supporting Workplace Experience (WE) Partners and regional leadership across APAC
This role exists to provide specialized expertise, project support, and regional coordination across Corporate Real Estate (CRE), workplace programs, and operational initiatives. You will help build consistency, share best practices, support project delivery, and strengthen program maturity across APAC while enabling local teams to successfully execute within their markets. Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership Provide project management expertise and execution support for regional workplace, construction, and workplace transformation initiatives where additional capacity or specialized knowledge is required
Manage projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality expectations while balancing regional business needs. Coordinate project teams, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful project delivery. Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and partner with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and escalation plans
