As a Tech Quality Specialist, establish and implement quality assurance processes and testing frameworks

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Track and report software defects; ensure timely resolution with developers

Ensure solutions meet government standards for security, performance, and usability. Maintain QA documentation and ensure continuous improvement in QA practices. No two days will be the same in this role

Your passion for improvement will drive you to proactively identify areas for enhancement and implement changes that lead to continuous performance advancements. By leveraging your expertise in Defect Prevention methodologies, you will eliminate wasteful practices and drive process improvements that elevate our standards to new heights.
