THE ROLE: The Real Estate Transaction Manager – Data Centers & Office Portfolio is responsible for leading and executing real estate transactions that support the company’s data center development, expansion, and operations, as well as its corporate and regional office footprint. This role manages complex acquisitions, leases, dispositions, and amendments while coordinating closely with internal partners across development, facilities, engineering, legal, finance, and workplace teams. The position requires strong transaction execution capability combined with an understanding of mission‑critical infrastructure requirements and corporate office occupancy strategies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead end‑to‑end real estate transactions for data center sites, including land acquisitions, ground leases, build‑to‑suit agreements, and dispositions Structure and negotiate letters of intent (LOIs), purchase and sale agreements (PSAs), leases, options, easements, and related transaction documents Manage real estate timelines to align with data center development schedules, utility delivery, and capital planning Oversee due diligence activities including title, survey, environmental, zoning, geotechnical, and utility reviews Partner with development, engineering, a
