RISK Failure to fill this role with a resource consistently available during U.S. business hours increases the risk of delivery delays, slower decision cycles, ineffective UAT execution, and prolonged production issues. These risks directly impact business commitments, operational stability, and stakeholder trust in the Meteor platform

Continued vacancy or insufficient coverage during core U.S. business hours would increase escalation burden on an already strained Capability team, leadership, and technology partners, putting planned capability delivery timelines at risk.
