As a Senior Data Scientist (Smart Manufacturing and AI) at Micron, you will leverage advanced techniques from mathematics, statistics, and information technology that improve semiconductor manufacturing yield, quality, and productivity. Your work will drive the development of predictive models, actionable insights, and innovative solutions to solve large-scale manufacturing problems involving die-level, wafer-level, and test data

Your work will directly improve manufacturing yield, reduce test escapes, accelerate root-cause analysis, and enable intelligent automation across Micron's global fabs. Responsibilities and Tasks Test Solutions Engineering (TSE) Predictive Solutions: Build and productionize machine learning models (classification and regression) to support predictive and prescriptive analytics across semiconductor test and manufacturing processes. Design, develop, and deploy optimization and mathematical programming solutions to support intelligent decision making in advanced manufacturing workflows
