As a Sr. Staff Technical Product Owner, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for end‑to‑end data movement, interoperability, and governance—working across global product managers in multiple healthcare sub‑segments to deliver interoperable, scalable, and cost‑efficient data capabilities.</p><p>What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities)</p><ul><li><p>Own vision & roadmap</p><ul><li><p>Translate organizational strategy into a platform‑level multi‑release roadmap with clear value milestones and measurable outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Continuously capture Voice of Customer (VoC) from catching programs and adjust prioritization and scope to maximize impact.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Backlog leadership</p><ul><li><p>Author and maintain Epics, Features, and User Stories with acceptance criteria; ensure traceability to business outcomes and regulatory/compliance needs.</p></li><li><p>Lead backlog grooming, PI planning, and cross‑program dependency management (SAFe or equivalent).</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Bridge product & engineering</p><ul><li><p>Act as the primary interface between global product managers and engineering leads, ensuring scope clarity, non‑functional requirements (performance, reliability, security), and delivery quality.</p></li><li><p>Drive design‑to‑value decisions across ingestion, streaming, API exposure, and data storage layers in future.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Healthcare interoperability & data standards</p><ul><li><p>Define patterns for HL7 v2.x, FHIR - Mapping/translation</p></li><li><p>Guide implementation choices for integration engines (e.g., Mirth/NextGen Connect,
