The Role Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect with deep expertise in agentic AI systems to join our global Application Modernization group. In this client-facing role, you will bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and real-world enterprise outcomes — designing tailor made solutions, leading discovery workshops, delivering compelling demos, and producing actionable project estimates and roadmaps

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on enough to prototype, build proof-of-concepts, and guide modernization teams. Key Responsibilities Client Discovery Lead client discovery sessions and AI readiness assessments to surface high-impact use cases Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical architectures and implementation roadmaps Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding strategic Agentic AI adoption decisions Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and architecture reviews with cross-functional teams Develop and maintain reusable solution frameworks, playbooks, and reference architectures Agentic AI Architecture & Delivery Build and maintain proof-of-concepts and reference implementations that demonstrate business value Define integration patterns for connecting AI agents to enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, APIs, data lakes) Demos & Presentations Create and deliver live, interactive demos of agentic AI capabilities tailore
