We are seeking a versatile Sourcing & Analytics Manager to join our procurement team. This unique role is designed for a professional who thrives in both the tactical world of sourcing and the strategic world of business intelligence. Initially, your time will be split between executing services-related sourcing projects and developing the analytical frameworks necessary to drive data-led decision-making across the department

You will serve as the "translator" between data resources and procurement leadership, ensuring our sourcing strategies are backed by robust, actionable insights. Responsibilities : End-to-End Sourcing: Lead the process of finding, sourcing, and maintaining key external relationships through expert negotiation and craft expertise. Bid Management: Craft and conduct comprehensive bid and evaluation processes including RFI, RFQ, and RFP

Contracting: Structure and negotiate vendor agreements, ensuring high levels of quality, service, and cost alignment. Advisory: Act as an embedded partner to provide best practices for vendor strategy and serve as an escalation point for commercial relationships. Holistic Strategy: Communicate across business units and pillars to find commonality among product teams and develop scalable contractual agreements

Insight Generation: Utilize data and analytics techniques to develop dashboards and reports that aid in executive decision-making, including but not limited to the development and maintenance of a vendor database feeding category analysis and project targeting. Adoption & Training: Engage sourcing staff to increase the application of analytics to new procurement opportunities Metrics & Success Criteria: Use data guides and metrics to adapt efforts and ensure the satisfaction of internal partners.
