Job Description Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading hourly operators to achieve daily production, safety, quality, and delivery goals. This role oversees day-to-day line operations, assigns work based on production priorities and available resources, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with established standards. The supervisor also plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, maintaining operational discipline, and partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.

Job Description Key Responsibilities Assign daily work and responsibilities to operators based on production requirements, line priorities, and available resources. Supervise and support hourly employees to ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Lead daily team huddles to review performance, production priorities, key issues, and action plans

Verify readiness for production at the start of each shift, including staffing, materials, equipment, and process readiness. Support the use of production systems and tools needed for daily execution and reporting. Identify, communicate, and escalate issues related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost as needed

Reinforce compliance with all safety requirements, safe work practices, and company policies. Participate in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities to address production, quality, safety, and operational issues. Ensure materials and consumables are available at workstations to support uninterrupted production

Prepare and distribute required production documents and operational instructions. Monitor line activity to ensure adherence to standard work, process discipline, and production expectations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in alignment with workplace organization standards
