<h1>Job Description Summary</h1>The TCA LCT General Manager reports to the Zone President and is responsible for driving commercial accountability within Türkiye and Iran. This leadership role involves setting and executing the local "go-to-market" strategy and aligning it with the overall commercial strategy of the Zone. The LCT General Manager fosters a "One GE HealthCare" culture both internally and externally, ensuring consistent branding and collaboration across all business segments to provide a seamless GE HealthCare experience for clients

In this role it will be essential to exhibit GE HealthCare Behaviours and values and build a cohesive collaborative team regardless of reporting lines.<h1>Job Description</h1>Essential Responsibilities<ul><li>Accountable for driving orders and sales performance within the LCT, executing the local Go-To-Market strategy, and supporting prioritized deals in alignment with the Zone's commercial objectives.</li><li>Responsible for meeting targets related to overall orders, revenue, margin, cash flow and past dues, ensuring market visibility, controlling base costs, while delivering precise forecasts across the entire GE HealthCare Services and Equipment portfolio.</li><li>Improve business performance and customer satisfaction by developing both direct and indirect distribution channels and adapting go to market strategy as customer needs evolve.</li><li>Achieve business objectives by fostering robust customer relationships with key Accounts and C-Suites in the LCT, promoting a unified GE HealthCare brand identity.</li><li>Represent GE HealthCare externally, communicating on behalf of the company and implementing best practices in the LCT.</li><li>Acquire where necessary and maintain a good working knowledge of GE HealthCare product portfolio’s and solut
