From automating processes to leveraging smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing, GE Aerospace is shaping the future of aviation at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS).<br />GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.</p><p><b>Role Overview</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Ensure quality of parts meet specification requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper work clearance, correctness and completeness.</p></li><li><p>Prevent non-conforming parts from proceeding to the next work station.</p></li><li><p>Provide support to Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers for evaluation, investigations, audits related activities.</p></li><li><p>Collect data, feedback on the quality of parts inspected to the Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers.</p></li><li><p>Perform visual and dimensional inspections, and set area management of the parts.</p></li><li><p>Perform scheduled maintenance and housekeeping tasks.</p></li><li><p>Verify completion of all maintenance tasks.</p></li><li><p>Issue ARC to release components back to service.</p></li></ul><p>
