Job Description We are seeking an experienced consulting professional to join VISA Consulting and Analytics team in Belgrade as a Manager covering Southeast Europe (Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, shaping, selling, and delivering consulting engagements for Visa’s clients

You will combine consulting expertise, payments knowledge, and data-driven insights to help clients grow their business and improve performance. Potential projects could include strategy developments, portfolio management diagnostics, assessments of digital product and marketing strategies, product design and launch, development of industry landscape evaluations to inform payments strategies, and optimization of client customer experience and supporting processes. They are typically 2-3 months in duration and running in parallel

This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, project leadership, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities: Business Development and Client Engagement Identify, shape, and support the sale of consulting project with financial institutions and other key clients Develop proposals, define project scope, and contribute to contract discussions Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholder
