Responsibilities and Tasks Manage and lead new construction project planning process

Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with requirements. Prepare new project Space, Cost, Cashflow & schedule report & long-term (LRP) plan reports for management review. Developing and managing initial project schedules, budgets, cashflow and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery

Maintain effective communication with project team members and relative stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships. Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are fully understood by the participated teams Collect, classify, evaluate data and information used in supporting the new Micron construction project planning evaluation request.
