Role reports to: Packaging Manager Operations Location: North America, United States, Pennsylvania, Fort Washington Work Location: Fully Onsite What you will do The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for managing and motivating production personnel to deliver maximum quality and output in a highly automated operation and accountable to achieve production targets while maintaining costs and maintain the highest standards for safety
Supervisors work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3-on, 2-off, 2-on, 3-off (3-2-2-3) schedule. This continuous schedule includes weekends and consists of both day and night shifts.
