We are hiring multiple Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanics (Red Seal) to join our team supporting a variety of customer mine sites on a 14 x 14 Continuous Shift rotation. This role offers an opportunity to work on ultra-class Caterpillar mining equipment for the biggest players in the industry. If you are a customer focused Heavy Duty Mechanic (with Red Seal endorsement); looking for stability and career growth APPLY TODAY! • Wage: $55.28 - $61.42 (base rate + regional wage allowance) o $2.55 Remote Mine Premium o $3.25 Night Shift Premium o $3.00 Underground Premium (when applicable) o Double Time OT • Shift: 14 x 14 - 15 additional scheduled weeks off a year! • Travel & Accommodation Support: Up to $1,000 travel allowance per rotation • Sundays paid at Double time • Share Purchase options (with matching) and Employer paid Pension • 100% Employer paid medical and dental benefits • CAT certified training: Additional certifications and skill development paid for by Finning Job Description: As a – Heavy Duty Mechanic, BC Mining, you’ll troubleshoot and repair a variety of Caterpillar heavy equipment such as Rock Trucks, D9 and D10 dozers, 395 Excavators & Graders; leveraging your technical expertise to build trust, solve challenges, and keep our customers equipment moving

Your work will include: Field diagnosis and running repairs of CAT Equipment in an active mine environment Interface with customers, products and sales support Large‑scale overhauls and rebuilds Component replacements Completing required paperwork and maintaining clear customer communication Specific Skills & Experience Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic/(HET) Certification Valid driver’s license with a successful recent drivers abstract (5 Yr) 5+ Years Off Road Mechanical Experience Recommended Previous repair experience on the Caterpillar mining and general line
