This role is perfect for an admin who thrives at the intersection of automation, problem-solving, and light development
You’ll build scalable solutions, resolve production issues, and apply targeted Apex/LWC enhancements when declarative tools reach their limits. You’ll play a key role in keeping the platform stable, improving processes, and driving smarter, AI-enabled support operations. Job Description: Who You Are: An admin-first professional with strong technical curiosity A problem solver who enjoys working in a support + continuous improvement environment Someone who takes ownership, works independently, and looks for smarter ways to improve systems What You’ll Do: 🔧 Platform Administration & Configuration Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security models Configure and maintain custom objects, validation rules, approvals, and Lightning pages Build and optimize advanced Flows and automation frameworks ⚙️ Automation & Light Development Design scalable solutions using Flow and platform tools Build and maintain lightweight Apex (classes, triggers, test classes) and SOQL Support basic Lightning Web Components (LWC) where needed Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven automation 🚨 Production Support & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and data issues Execute controlled configuration and metadata changes Contribute to root cause analysis and preventative solutions Partner with Tier 2 teams on runbooks and knowledge transfer 🤝 Collaboration & Enablement Work across teams to drive best practices and process adopti
